This c. 47 acre site is actively being promoted with Amber Valley Borough Council via Keepmoat Homes and is still in the early stages of the land promotion process. Subject to ongoing site assessments the site should be able to accommodate 300 + dwellings.

The Viceroy, Hucknall Road, Sherwood, Nottingham – In Planning - 17 Homes
Planning now approved on behalf of the landowner for a change of use from a restaurant into a mix of 14 apartments, 2 family homes and 1 coach house, comprising 17 dwellings in total.

Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire – Planning Approved – 153 Homes
We successfully acted for Crest Nicholson Midlands in the acquisition and site introduction for this 153-unit development. Approval of Reserved Matters has now been fully approved with Crest looking to start on site early 2019.

Quorn, Leicestershire – In Planning – 52 Homes
A 2.5-acre development consisting of 43 apartments and 9 bungalows for retirement living. We brokered this off-market deal with McCarthy & Stone with planning since approved.

Rauceby, Lincolnshire – Planning Approved - 36 Homes
We were instructed by Davidsons to find a purchaser for a remaining parcel of land with Planning consent for 36 units. Lovells successfully completed on the purchase of this land in January 2018 following a plot substitution to the original Planning Consent. The transaction went through smoothly following the conditional exchange in August 2017.

Stoke Lane, Stoke Golding, Leicestershire – Planning Approved May 21 - 60 Homes.
Planning submitted in conjunction with Davidsons Homes to accommodate up to 60 dwellings.

Harby Lane, Stathern, Leicestershire – In Promotion - 50 Homes
Total site area under Option is 40 acres with an initial proposed application at 5 acres. We are currently promoting this site in conjunction with the Melton Borough Council Local Plan to accommodate up to 50 dwellings.

The Wheatsheaf, Upper Benefield, Northants – Planning approved - 8 Homes
Planning recently approved for the conversion of the former Wheatsheaf pub into 6 dwellings along with 2 new build located in the former car park, comprising 8 dwellings in total. Build out to commence in summer 2018.

Wymeswold, Leicestershire – 33.3MW
A former WW2 airfield, circa 150 acres, which is one of the UK's largest solar farms.

Broxted, Stradishall, Cambridgeshire – 31MW
Another former WW2 airfield, consisting of circa 140 acres, situated directly adjacent Highpoint prison, this site was ideally suited to accommodate such a size scheme. Now one of the UK’s largest built solar farms.

South Creake, Norfolk – 28MW
A 132-acre site consisting of poor grade Agricultural land within Norfolk was the ideal location to accommodate this 28MW solar farm.

Hartwell, Northamptonshire – 19MW
The 100 acre site was ideally situated to accommodate up to 19MW.

Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire – 90 Homes
We were instructed by the vendor to find a purchaser for the site which initially had Outline Planning Permission for 68 units. Longhurst Group successfully completed on the purchase in December 2017 and have applied for an additional 22 units which they hope to receive consent in August 2018. Site development works are due to commence Autumn 2018.
