Connolly Land & Developments Ltd was established by Alan Connolly in 2008 during the downturn in the UK property market.
Using our in-house experience, we maximised the potential to consult on Land Acquisition whilst locating suitable viable land opportunities for a range of clients.
Not only do we specialise in Residential Development, but also in developing Renewable Energy projects including large scale solar farms & BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
We developed the first ever large scale solar farm in the UK, 2011, and subsequently developed and successfully commissioned some of the UK’s largest, developing over
1GW of Renewable assets and building out and delivering over 500MW to date.
We work in partnership with one of the UK’s leading Renewable and Large Scale Solar PV development companies who own and operate their assets.
